We’ll first work together on a Situational Analysis which will be used as a way to assess and document the current position of your business and what opportunities are available in regards to marketing. We’ll focus on defining target markets, competition (direct and indirect), positioning in the marketplace, external environment and more. We’ll also look at ways to use Qualitative and Quantitative research to glean even more information.
After completion of the Situational Analysis, we’ll review the information we learned and use it to identify specific Marketing Objectives which support your overall goals. The Marketing Objectives will then be further detailed into specific action plans with timelines, budgets and more. You’ll also be provided with measurable goals and checkpoints so you can continue to assess how your successful each piece is.

These packages allow you to choose 5, 10 or 20 hours (or more) of marketing assistance per month which can be used for everything from consulting to managing social media – basically anything a “typical” marketing employee would do at a company.
