I was in charge of overseeing the entire coordination and promotion of Bluechip Athletic Solutions’ presence at the American Football Coaches Association Convention every year.

This was the one event that all our clients and prospects attended and it was imperative to make a statement.

Over the four years that I oversaw the project I implemented:

• Customer appreciation events
• Detailed project management Gantt charts
• Videos
• Booth design and setup
• Travel and logistics

Attendance at the appreciation events increased by over 50% year over year.
